Italian → Spanish

The legal documents we translate from Italian into Spanish (judgements, contracts, bank forms and correspondence, account opening documents, discretionary asset management agreements, investment advisory agreements, investment strategies, general terms and conditions, custody terms and conditions, etc.) generally come from banks headquartered in Ticino. However, we also have extensive experience in the translation of Italian court decisions, statements of claim by Italian lawyers, letters or reports issued by the Bank of Italy (Banca d'Italia), and documents submitted by the Italian criminal authorities in the framework of mutual legal assistance proceedings.

When translating such documents we pay particular attention to adapting the syntactic structure of the original to optimize readability in Spanish. Where concepts of Italian law appear that are unknown under Swiss or Spanish law, we draw this to the client’s attention.
